Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times We aim to process and dispatch all orders from our Darwin/Winnellie warehouse within [1-2] business days. Please note that during peak periods or for specialized consumable items, lead times may vary.

Local NT Delivery & Remote Areas Being Territorians, we know the "Last Mile" is the hardest.

  • Darwin/Palmerston Metro: Flat rate shipping available.

  • Remote NT Communities: We utilize regional carriers and Australia Post. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, including any specific gate codes or delivery instructions.

  • PO Boxes: We can deliver to PO Boxes for smaller items; however, bulky consumables may require a physical street address.

  • Residential: We can deliver to Residential addresses for non commercial load items, as long as it meets Australia post or other carriers criteria.

Risk and Responsibility

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you opt for "Authority to Leave" at checkout, you acknowledge that our responsibility (and the carrier’s) ends the moment the package is left at your premises. We are not liable for theft or weather damage once delivered.

  • Signature on Delivery: For high-value consumables, we recommend selecting "Signature Required" to ensure safe arrival.

  • Incorrect Address: Northern Territory Consumables is not responsible for loss or redelivery fees if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

Shipping Damage Please inspect your goods immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery to allow us to lodge a claim with the carrier.
